06 - 8 cooked breakfast sausage links, maple flavored recommended
07 - 4 slices Colby Jack cheese, halved

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper. Beat until fully combined.
02 - In a small non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the eggs and scramble for 3–4 minutes until just set but creamy. Set aside to cool.
03 - Separate the crescent dough into 8 triangles and place on a flat surface.
04 - Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, one sausage link, and half a slice of cheese on each triangle. Roll from the wide end toward the tip to enclose filling.
05 - Place roll ups seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F (188°C) for 7–9 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
