01 -
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
02 -
Combine chicken tenderloins with garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl and toss until evenly coated.
03 -
Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey in a separate medium bowl until smooth.
04 -
Pour approximately one-third cup of the honey mustard sauce over the seasoned chicken tenders and toss gently to coat. Reserve remaining sauce for serving.
05 -
Place crushed potato chips in a shallow bowl. Coat each chicken tender in the crushed chips by pressing to adhere, then arrange coated tenders on a plate.
06 -
Spray the air fryer basket generously with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer without touching, working in batches if necessary. Spray the top of the tenders with cooking spray.
07 -
Cook tenders in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and coating is crisp.
08 -
Garnish with optional fresh parsley and serve immediately with the reserved honey mustard sauce for dipping.
