Air Fryer Garlic Steak Bites (Print Version)

Quickly cooked garlic butter steak bites with olive oil, smoked paprika, and fresh parsley flavors.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Steak

01 - 1 ½ pounds boneless ribeye steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
04 - ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
05 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Butter Sauce

06 - 3 tablespoons salted butter
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
02 - In a large bowl, combine steak bites with olive oil, kosher salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and smoked paprika; toss to coat evenly.
03 - Place the seasoned steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket without spraying the basket. Air fry for 4 to 6 minutes until the desired internal temperature is reached, no flipping necessary. Aim for 135°F for medium doneness as the steak continues cooking in the butter sauce.
04 - While the steak cooks, melt the salted butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in fresh chopped parsley.
05 - Add the air-fried steak bites to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce and toss for about 1 minute to coat evenly.
06 - Remove from heat and serve immediately while hot.

# Extra Tips & Details:

01 - Use a meat thermometer to check doneness. Steak bites will continue cooking in the butter sauce, so remove slightly before the target temperature. Internal temperature guide: Rare 120-125°F, Medium-rare 125-135°F, Medium 135-140°F, Medium-well 145-150°F, Well-done 150°F and above.
02 - If reheating leftovers, use a microwave or skillet; avoid reheating in the air fryer due to the butter content.
03 - Alternative cuts such as top sirloin, flank, filet, Tri-tip, NY strip, or flat iron may be used.
04 - Seasoning variations include Montreal Steak seasoning, Cajun, or BBQ blends but adjust salt accordingly.
05 - Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
