# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Combine sour cream, chipotle sauce, sugar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
02 - In a bowl, add sliced steak, green and red bell peppers, yellow onion, avocado oil, and lime juice. Toss well to coat all ingredients evenly.
03 - Sprinkle fajita seasoning over the steak and vegetable mixture. Toss again to ensure even distribution of seasoning.
