Buffalo Chicken Bake (Print Version)

Buffalo chicken and cheese rolled in dough and baked until golden and crispy.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
02 - 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, divided
03 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
04 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough & Assembly

06 - 1 pizza dough, homemade or store-bought (thawed if frozen)
07 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
08 - All-purpose flour, for dusting

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and grease a large baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce. Adjust quantity based on heat preference.
03 - In a separate small bowl, stir together the ranch dressing and remaining 1/4 cup buffalo sauce to form a creamy mixture.
04 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12x16-inch rectangle. Ensure it is thin but not fragile.
05 - Evenly spread the buffalo ranch sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer with buffalo chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.
06 - Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log, keeping the filling intact. Pinch and seal the ends to prevent leakage.
07 - Place the log seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush the top with olive oil for a golden crust.
08 - Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C). The crust should sound hollow when tapped.
09 - Allow to rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to prevent the filling from spilling. Serve warm.

# Extra Tips & Details:

01 - Using rotisserie chicken saves time and adds flavor depth.
02 - Serve with extra dipping sauces like ranch, blue cheese, or pizza sauce.
03 - Ensure the ends of the dough are sealed tightly to prevent leaking during baking.
