Crispy Cheeseburger Wraps (Print Version)

Golden air-fried wraps with juicy beef, cheese, and pickles in every bite—simple, crisp, and satisfying.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend for optimal juiciness)
02 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch burrito size)
03 - 4 slices American cheese
04 - 16 dill pickle slices, drained
05 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
06 - 4 tablespoons ketchup
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Ground black pepper, to taste
10 - Garlic powder, to taste

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 8–10 minutes until browned and no pink remains. Drain excess grease and let beef cool slightly.
02 - Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 20–25 seconds until pliable to prevent cracking during rolling.
03 - Lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1 tablespoon each of mayonnaise and ketchup in the center. Add 4 pickle slices in a line, place 1 slice of cheese over them, and top with 1/2 cup cooked beef, keeping fillings centered.
04 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom, tucking the filling as you go. Place wraps seam-side down.
05 - Brush wraps with melted butter. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place wraps seam-side down in basket without touching. Cook for 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - Brush with more melted butter immediately after air frying. Let rest 2 minutes before slicing in half diagonally to allow filling to set.

# Extra Tips & Details:

01 - Avoid overfilling wraps to prevent tearing or bursting during cooking.
02 - Drain pickle slices thoroughly to maintain tortilla integrity.
03 - Let wraps rest after cooking for cleaner slicing and serving.
