01 -
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 8–10 minutes until browned and no pink remains. Drain excess grease and let beef cool slightly.
02 -
Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave for 20–25 seconds until pliable to prevent cracking during rolling.
03 -
Lay one tortilla flat. Spread 1 tablespoon each of mayonnaise and ketchup in the center. Add 4 pickle slices in a line, place 1 slice of cheese over them, and top with 1/2 cup cooked beef, keeping fillings centered.
04 -
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom, tucking the filling as you go. Place wraps seam-side down.
05 -
Brush wraps with melted butter. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Place wraps seam-side down in basket without touching. Cook for 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 -
Brush with more melted butter immediately after air frying. Let rest 2 minutes before slicing in half diagonally to allow filling to set.
