In a skillet, brown and crumble the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess grease.

Transfer the browned ground beef to a 5-6 quart slow cooker. Add refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco seasoning, and salsa. Stir until thoroughly combined.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours to allow flavors to meld.
