Dip each mozzarella stick first into the flour, ensuring a complete coat, then immerse them in the beaten eggs, followed by coating with the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange the coated sticks on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes.

Remove the sticks from the freezer and repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating process. Place them again on the parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for an additional 15 minutes or until fully frozen.

Five minutes before cooking, preheat the air fryer to 390°F (approximately 199°C).

Arrange the frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. If necessary, cook in batches. Lightly spray with cooking spray and air fry for 6 minutes until golden and crispy.
