Place patties in the preheated pan and brown each side for 3 to 4 minutes without cooking through, achieving a deep golden crust for maximum flavor. Remove and set aside.

Add brown gravy mix, French onion soup, cream of chicken soup, and water to the skillet; whisk vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes to eliminate lumps.

Return patties to the skillet, spoon some gravy over them, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes until patties are fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
