# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Place chicken breasts in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely diced. Alternatively, finely dice the chicken by hand.
02 - Transfer diced chicken to a large bowl. Add eggs, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, dill weed, flour, and shredded Mozzarella. Mix until fully incorporated.
03 - Use a ¼ cup measuring cup to portion out 15 equal mounds of the chicken mixture.
