# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 3.0 oz instant ramen noodle soup package, chicken or vegetable flavor
02 - ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
03 - ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce
04 - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
05 - 2 teaspoons soy sauce
06 - 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
07 - ½ teaspoon minced garlic

08 - 1-2 chicken breasts, sliced or shredded, cooked
09 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

10 - 2 medium carrots, grated
11 - 2 green onions, chopped

13 - 4 large whole wheat tortilla wraps (10 inch)

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Boil eggs on stovetop or hot plate until hard-boiled. Cool eggs in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes to avoid discoloration, then peel and slice when ready to assemble.
02 - Cook chicken breasts on stovetop until no longer pink inside, then slice or shred. Alternatively, use leftover or deli chicken.
03 - Cook instant ramen noodles in boiling water using stovetop or microwave for 2-3 minutes until soft. Drain well, discarding flavor packet at this stage.
04 - Mix drained noodles with the ramen soup flavor packet, rice vinegar, soy sauce, grated ginger, sriracha, minced garlic, and fish sauce. Refrigerate if preparing in advance.
05 - Place one tortilla on a flat surface. Add one-quarter of the sliced chicken onto each tortilla, followed by grated carrots and chopped green onions. Add fresh herbs if using. Next, layer one-quarter of the seasoned noodles and top with sliced hard-boiled egg.
06 - Sprinkle sesame seeds over fillings. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top, keeping the wrap snug and leaving the seam side down. Slice each wrap diagonally in half to serve.
