Place half of the frozen fries into the air fryer basket. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle half of the seasoning mix over the fries and toss again to ensure even coverage.

Air fry the seasoned fries for 10 minutes. Shake the basket, then continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes or until fries are crisp and golden.

Repeat the same process with the remaining fries, oil, and seasoning. Note that the second batch may cook faster due to residual heat; monitor crispness accordingly.

Sprinkle additional kosher salt on the fries if desired after cooking the second batch.

In a small pot over medium heat, combine Cheez-Whiz cheese dip, shredded cheddar cheese, and pickled jalapeño juice. Whisk continuously until the mixture is smooth and melted.

Remove cheese sauce from heat and serve alongside the crispy seasoned fries for dipping.
