01 -
Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line a sheet tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
02 -
Bake the frozen garlic Texas Toast according to the package directions, usually about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crisp.
03 -
In a small saucepan, whisk the au jus gravy mix with 3 cups of cold water and cook according to package directions. Keep warm.
04 -
Add sliced deli roast beef to the warm au jus and simmer gently until the meat is heated through and infused with flavor.
05 -
Arrange baked Texas Toast slices on the sheet tray. Place half a slice of provolone cheese on each piece as the base layer.
06 -
Using tongs, remove roast beef from au jus and evenly distribute over each slice of Texas Toast.
07 -
Place the remaining half slice of provolone cheese over the roast beef to complete the melt.
08 -
Return tray to the oven and bake for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts completely and begins to brown at the edges.
09 -
Remove from oven, sprinkle with dried parsley if desired, and serve hot with bowls of warm au jus for dipping.
