01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Protein

02 - 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey breast, chopped or shredded

03 - 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 2/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese

05 - 3–4 sage leaves, chopped (can substitute thyme or rosemary)

06 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium to medium-low heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
02 - Evenly sprinkle Swiss and mozzarella cheese over entire tortilla. On one half, layer the chopped turkey, cranberry sauce, and chopped herbs.
03 - Cook until cheese begins to melt, then fold the tortilla in half gently.
04 - Grill the folded quesadilla on each side until golden brown and crisp, approximately 2–3 minutes per side.
