13 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano
14 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
15 - 1 1/2 cups vegetable stock
16 - 2 cups farfalle pasta
17 - 3/4 cup plant-based cream
18 - 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Slice tofu into 0.5-inch thick fillets, gently pressing out moisture with a clean towel. Shape as desired and coat both sides in a cornflour and spice mixture until evenly covered.
02 - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the coated tofu for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to paper towels to remove excess oil, then slice into strips.
03 - In a large pan, heat sun-dried tomato oil or olive oil. Sauté diced shallots for 4-5 minutes until soft, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
