01 -
In a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag, combine the all-purpose flour, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Shake well to blend the mixture evenly.
02 -
Add the thin-cut pork chops to the flour mixture in the bag. Seal and shake vigorously ensuring each pork chop is fully coated. Set aside.
03 -
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and water until smooth. Set aside.
04 -
In another bowl, thoroughly mix the crushed club crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
05 -
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Dip each flour-coated pork chop into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off.
06 -
Press each pork chop into the cracker mixture, coating all sides evenly. Firmly pat the coating to adhere well, then shake off excess crumbs.
07 -
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
08 -
Place coated pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
09 -
Spray the top of each pork chop generously with olive oil spray. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying the tops again to achieve a golden, crispy crust. Pork chops are done when golden brown and reach an internal temperature of at least 155°F.
10 -
Remove pork chops from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
