In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until aromatic. Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until thoroughly heated.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until smooth.

Add the warm garlic chicken mixture to the cheese mixture. Stir well until fully incorporated.

Lay tortillas flat and evenly distribute the chicken-cheese mixture in the center of each. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.

Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling and roll into a tight wrap. Toast in a heated skillet or grill pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer wraps to a plate, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve hot.
