Generously coat both sides of the pork chops with the prepared seasoning mixture.

Melt butter or heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on each side until golden but not cooked through to lock in moisture and enhance flavor. Remove from heat.

Place the halved baby potatoes at the bottom of a 5 to 5.5-quart slow cooker. Arrange the browned pork chops evenly on top of the potatoes.

In a separate bowl, combine the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan. Pour this mixture evenly over the pork chops and potatoes in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours until pork chops and potatoes are fork-tender.

Optionally garnish with chopped parsley. Spoon some sauce from the slow cooker over the pork chops when plating.
